The 226ERS High Fructose Gel is an energy gel with a maltodextrin and fructose composition in a 10:8 ratio, providing 55 g of carbohydrates per gel and 220 Kcal. It contains 250 mg of sodium and is vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and available in three flavors.

Studies have shown that "multiple transportable carbohydrates" during prolonged exercise, using carbohydrates absorbed in the intestine by different transporters, is the only way to increase the rate of assimilation and oxidation of exogenous carbohydrates above 60 g/hour.

• Maltodextrin: Absorbed in the small intestine by the SLG-1 transporter and converted into glucose. Its high glycemic index offers quick energy with rapid gastric emptying.
• Fructose: Absorbed through GLUT5 transporters and travels from the intestine to the liver via GLUT2 transporters, providing gradual energy absorption.

The High Fructose Gel bears the Cologne List seal, ensuring strict controls and analyses to prevent doping.

Usage instructions: Consume 2 units max. every 60 minutes during exercise with approximately 300 ml of water.
