Capture stabilized shots using your mirrorless camera, action camera, or smartphone with the Hohem iSteady MK2 kit and its various mounting adapters. This kit version includes the Smart AI Tracking Sensor Module with a magnetic fill light. The iSteady 7.0 stabilization technology ensures your movements remain smooth. Control the gimbal’s 360° pan, 290° tilt, and 200° roll using the onboard controls. The Multi 4.0 quick release system with L-shaped Swiss Arca arm accepts the included camera quick release plate, smartphone clamp, or 3-axis base in both vertical and horizontal orientations. Easily manage your settings with the OLED display and camera controls powered by Bluetooth 5.1.

Smart AI Tracking Sensor Module with Fill Light

The unit also incorporates an AI image detector and a magnetic fill light into your setup. The plug-in unit does not rely on wireless technology, providing a more reliable connection. Track faces or bodies using the vision sensor, which also supports gesture control from a distance of up to 4.9'. Customize your favorite composition functions using specific gestures for easy recall. The built-in fill light is magnetic, allowing efficient transitions between the front and rear smartphone cameras. It features CCT adjustment and 360° RGB to achieve your desired look.

Multi 4.0 Quick Release System

Together with the gimbal, many quick release solutions are included for wide device compatibility. Attach a compact mirrorless camera to the L Arca-Swiss arm using the camera's quick release plate. The smartphone clamp features a quick release base and accommodates portable devices with a width of 2.3 to 3.9". You can even use an action camera with the 3-pin base adapter. Rotate the L arm by 90° to switch from horizontal to vertical shooting and adjust the camera's flip-out screen.

Wired and wireless shutter control

The built-in Bluetooth 5.1 technology in the MT2 can facilitate wireless shutter control of the recording device of your choice, whether it is a compatible camera model or a smartphone with the developed Hohem Joy app. Various camera control cables included with the gimbal create wired connections via the USB-C input. Once connected either wirelessly or via cable, use the gimbal's shutter button to switch recording on your device.

Creative shooting functions

Select from various shooting modes using the built-in mode and trigger buttons

The Pan Follow, Pan and Tilt Follow, and All Lock modes lock certain axes for different subject tracking. POV mode allows each axis to move freely for dynamic first-person shooting

Sport mode increases tracking speed for fast-moving subjects

Inception mode rotates the camera 360° on the panning axis while keeping the gimbal horizontal.

OLED display and integrated controls

Use the built-in OLED screen to view the operating status, current mode, Bluetooth connection, and battery level. The control wheel helps you focus your image and adjust the roll axis, and it can control the CCT/RGB features of a separately available fill light unit. The A/B motion button sets the start and end points for time-lapse. The trigger helps you reset your gimbal and switches between Sports and All Lock modes.

All-day battery life and flexible placement

The MT2 has a built-in battery capable of powering the gimbal for 17 hours at a time. Recharge the gimbal in just 3 hours using the USB-C charging port. Another USB-C port on the tilting arm can charge your mobile device or camera while recording.

    The product is excellent in use. Stable first of all and with many useful functions. Its build quality is very good and flexible, as you can use it with many cameras, from action cams to lightweight mirrorless & DSLR. The AI tracker is amazing in use and reliable. It is definitely worth its money as long as you don't load it with a heavy camera.
