What are the characteristics of melamine?

  • Made from non-toxic substances, odorless and environmentally safe.
  • Lightweight with color stability and good glossiness.
  • Rounded edges, smooth to the touch, and a good texture with a traditional porcelain aesthetic.
  • Heat resistance from -20 °C to +120 °C and low thermal conductivity.
  • Self-extinguishing fire protection and impact resistance.
  • High surface hardness, does not easily deform, and has good water resistance.
  • Good wash resistance and cleaning in a specified dishwasher.
  • Good corrosion resistance to acids and alkalis, as well as to grease and various solvents.

Cleaning, disinfection, storage

  • Clean with a specified dishwasher and a soft cloth. Do not use powder and brush.
  • Prolonged soaking in high temperature can damage the surface (patterns, etc.). It is recommended to soak in warm water at 30 °C ~ 40 °C for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Boiling and disinfection can easily cause product alteration. If sterilization by boiling is required, shorten the time and avoid prolonged boiling.
