What are the characteristics of melamine?

  • Material made from non-toxic substances, odorless, environmentally safe.
  • Lightweight, color stability, good glossiness, rounded edges, smooth to the touch, good texture, with traditional porcelain aesthetic.
  • Heat resistance from -20 °C to +120 °C, low thermal conductivity, self-extinguishing fire protection.
  • Impact resistance, high surface hardness, does not easily deform.
  • Good water resistance and good washing resistance, cleaning in a designated dishwasher.
  • Good corrosion resistance to acids and alkalis, good resistance to grease, acid, alkalis, and various solvents.
  • Not affected by oil, gasoline, and organic solvents.

Cleaning, disinfection, storage:

  • Can be cleaned with a designated dishwasher or with a soft cloth. Do not use powder and brush.
  • Prolonged soaking in high temperature will damage the surface. It is recommended to stay for about 15 to 20 minutes in warm water at 30 °C ~ 40 °C.
  • Boiling and disinfection can easily cause alteration of the product.
  • If sterilization by boiling is required, shorten it to the minimum time.
  • After packaging and storage, they must be kept in a cool, dry, and ventilated place.
