It seems good to me, the water comes out clear, almost like bottled water. However, the filter needs to be changed very often. I use it in combination with an activated carbon faucet filter that removes chlorine and odors but not salts. This one also removes a few salts so that the water is as 'soft' as possible

It is fantastic, I have had it for 4 years. Be a little careful not to overfill it and let it fall due to the center of gravity. The meter doesn't work that well anymore, so it's better to keep your own note about when the filter needs to be changed. When you put in a new filter, run 1 liter of water through it and throw it away. It's quite bitter at first but after that everything is fine.

I am a university student who moved far from home and the tap water around my place is quite reputable for not being well filtered so I bought this since it was much cheaper than connecting a whole independent filtering machine to my sink and it works perfectly

It removes all the unpleasant smell and taste of the water. Be careful, the actual drinkable amount of water is about three glasses and not 2400 ml, which is misleading. Now I cannot judge the actual quality of the water, that's why the 4 stars.

It is narrow for the refrigerator shelf to drink cold directly. If someone wants filtered water for cooking, coffee, tea, etc., they will have to buy the large one with a capacity of 3.5 liters so that it doesn't constantly need to be refilled

Very good product, dramatically improves the quality of water. The capacity of 2.4L is ideal for daily use by 2 people, as it does not require frequent refilling, nor does the water stay stagnant for more than 1 day. I use it in every occasion (drinking, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), while the filter strength indicator is very useful as a reminder for replacement. I have already purchased it for myself and my family and I highly recommend it.

I have been using it for two years and I can say that I am satisfied because I managed to avoid buying bottled water from every brand imaginable. It is good, at first when you put a new filter it makes the water taste a bit bitter, but if you fill it up and empty it 2-3 times, it's fine. If the water is a little cold, the taste is great. I fill it up and then fill two glass bottles and put them in the fridge. I change the filter once a month for 5€, so I stopped carrying/throwing away plastic bottles and consequently polluting the environment with them.

Everything is fine with the jug except for the size that does not fit in the refrigerator door or the refrigerator itself, and also the taste of the water is not usual. The filter is almost finished and the taste still seems strange to me. Is it supposed to be like this?

Good choice in case your faucet doesn't have a filter. The water no longer smells like chlorine, it has a slightly bitter taste when the filter is new but it quickly disappears or rather you get used to it. With this pitcher, I drink more water.

I have 2, one at home and one at the office.
It is obvious that the water through it has a huge difference compared to drinking it plain from the tap.
Every now and then it needs internal cleaning because it gets dirty, also on the triangle that lifts to let the water flow.
The only downside is that after a few days, the lid gets stuck and when you try to turn the pitcher, the water doesn't flow from the front but a little from the sides, and it messes everything up, the water doesn't fall towards the glass but downwards.
The secret is to click with your finger on that triangular lid before turning the pitcher, so that the movement is free and then it's OK.
