While it printed normally 20 times, it got stuck, would not connect to the app at all, and constantly had an error. The scanning did not work from the very beginning. It was replaced by Skroutz with another device which, for now, works. I do not recommend it

The feeder keeps jamming because the drum kicks the sheets upwards and I have to reposition them. It only takes original inks. The scanner stopped working and I had to download HP's troubleshooting software. It keeps 'disappearing' from my home wi-fi network even though I have no issues with any other device. Single-use machine, only worth it if you find it on a good deal with inks included and as soon as they run out, straight to recycling... or out the window, because it will probably get on your nerves.

I have had this printer for 4 years and they had given me 9 months of free ink. The device ended up being free... after the program expired, I completely opted out and I refill the ink myself. It prints just fine this way too. I am very satisfied after all these years with it

You can't remove your card if you want, nor can you close your account. Even though it says cancellation, they keep charging you for ink every month and in the end they don't send them. For 5 months they were charging me and not sending ink. There is no phone support, and no one will ever reply to emails. In the end, I had to cancel my card. Stay away from HP. Terrible service.

The shadow of the once glorious HP, unfortunately, is Sunday joy and Monday sorrow. It doesn't connect to an old computer via WiFi, so I have to transfer files to my phone to print, and after a year it stopped feeding paper for printing. For home use, meaning almost nothing—just road tax, some insurance, and such. What can I say.

It's okay for its price. The photocopies are of relatively good quality and its connection with the app is excellent. For under 50 euros, it does its job just fine. If you want a scanner and better quality, you should go for another model

Poor print quality even in the "optimal" mode. To edit the file, the photo, etc. before printing (rotation, zoom, etc.) there is no option. Only through the HP app, which is extremely difficult to use compared to apps from other companies. Don't listen to comments like "it's entry level, don't expect miracles, etc.". I always use printers in the same price range and this is a bad printer... just like that! For the same money, there are better tools than this dud.

I've had it for 1 year, it doesn't support used inks easily, you have to keep resetting it until it accepts them, the inks don't last even for 100 pages even with draft printing, I've made the person who refills them rich, and by the 2nd or at most 3rd refill the ink becomes useless and won't print at all. The wifi connectivity is terrible, it's always inactive and offline. Truly garbage as written.

I have had the printer for 1 year.

The inks that came with the package were good for... nothing!
However, I had registered for the HP INSTANT INK service and as soon as the factory inks were running low, they sent me two AMAZING cartridges that just won't run out no matter what! And I do quite a lot of printing...
As for the scanner, it's decent and combined with HP's software, it does everything.
The initial setup was like a seminar, the wireless connection has never given me any trouble, maybe the only negative is the printing speed. Understandable, considering the product's price.
I highly recommend it.

I won't even bother with the connectivity issues etc.. after searching for drivers let's say I managed to make it work.
The initial inks included in the package are demo and last for 10 prints..

WARNING! Stay away! It's garbage.
After hours of trying, I gave up and used a direct connection with a cable. But the setup requires WiFi and it drives you crazy. As if that wasn't enough... there are even bigger problems. It prints distorted and not in a 1 to 1 ratio with what you see in the preview. Terrible!
Great effort for connectivity, and the inks it came with, I don't know if they are of normal quantity or reduced, but it shows me that they are almost finished after about twenty test prints when I was trying to solve the problems I encountered. I can't believe that HP allowed such garbage to be sold on the market. They should be ashamed. I think they just released it as a bait to sell you their overpriced inks later.
I almost forgot to mention that the print quality is also terrible even with new ink and several alignment self-cleaning cycles.

Super printer does everything it promises at a dirt cheap price. I've had it for 8 months and everything is fine. You can print even from your phone via the HP SMART app. It even prints photos very well. It also becomes even more super if you sign up for the instant ink service. Edit: I forgot to mention that as soon as you sign up for the instant ink service, HP will send you a FREE set of ink cartridges that have more ink capacity than even the XL cartridges sold in stores.
