The black 12mm f/2.0 NCS CS Lens for Fujifilm X-Mount by Samyang is a wide-angle prime lens specifically designed for use with APS-C format image sensors. Providing an 18mm equivalent focal length of 35mm and a wide 98.9° angle of view, this lens is suitable for architectural, interior, and landscape images. Its fast maximum aperture of f/2.0 is beneficial for working in low-light conditions. 1 aspherical element, 1 hybrid aspherical element, and 3 low dispersion glass elements have been incorporated into the optical design to minimize chromatic aberrations and distortion for sharper, higher contrast imagery across the frame. Additionally, a nano-coating system (NCS) has been applied to the lens elements to reduce surface reflections and prevent lens flare and ghosting. A six-blade diaphragm closes to create an almost full circle, and the lens's minimum focusing distance is 7.9″. The lens barrel is made from aluminum alloy with a 67mm diameter filter thread and includes a removable petal-type lens hood. The wide-angle prime lens provides an 18mm equivalent focal length of 35mm for comprehensive wide-angle applications, including architectural and landscape photography. The fast maximum aperture of f/2.0 benefits working in low-light conditions. Three extra-low dispersion elements, one hybrid aspherical element, and one aspherical element reduce chromatic aberrations and distortions to produce sharper images from the center to the corner of the image frame. The nano-coating system improves light transmission and suppresses lens reflections and ghosting for images with richer contrast and neutral colors. Durable aluminum alloy construction and included removable petal-type lens hood.

This review is about the mount: Sony E

I am not the right person to judge because I am unfamiliar. What I have to say is that it is only for landscapes. Due to its wide angle, it distorts faces.

This review is about the mount: Sony E

Very good astro lens for milky way and night landscapes. It has minimal distortion for how wide it is, which can easily be fixed with the existing profile that you have to manually select in Lr.
It is one of the sharpest lenses I have.

The aperture ring is perfect, the focus ring has a very nice feel, useful even at wide open f/2 but even better at f/4 if you have enough light.
The lens hood is large but necessary, it does a great job.

Purchased for 165 euros for Sony A6000, it is easily worth it.
It comes with a carrying pouch to prevent damage inside bags, etc.

This review is about the mount: Sony E

Very good wide-angle lens. Ideal for landscapes, architecture, astrophotography. Its strong point, apart from its good sharpness, is that it is wide-angle and quite fast (f2), making it ideal for indoor photography with relatively low lighting. It has a bit more chromatic aberrations, but they can be removed in post-processing.
The fact that it is manual focus is not a problem unless you want it for video, but I would have liked it to have electronic contacts to transfer settings to files, distortion correction, etc. but we can't have it all.

This review is about the mount: Sony E

The lens is used on a Sony a6500 body for landscape photography. Its weight and volume are perfect for long mountain hikes where every gram counts. The photos it produces have very good sharpness, and focusing for landscapes is not difficult to manually set, so there is no need for a more expensive lens for this. Very satisfied with the final value for money.

Small, very bright, sharp, very good contrast and color rendering. I don't consider the fact that it is manual a problem. A lens that enhances your appreciation on an a6000, since with Sony lenses you have to spend a lot to see such performance.
