The Jollyline JL41984 modulator converts an HDMI signal from a satellite receiver, DVD or Blu-ray player, DVR, or video surveillance system into a DVB-T RF signal. This allows the signal to be distributed to multiple TVs via the existing coaxial cable network, without additional wiring. The dual HDMI port (IN/OUT) provides a loop-through output, allowing the source to be connected directly to a TV at the same time.

It supports 720p, 1080i, and 1080P resolutions, with H.264 video compression and a data rate of 5–15 Mb/s. DVB-T modulation includes 64QAM constellation, FEC 7/8, a guard interval of 1/32, and 8K mode.
