The Marmitek Megaview HDMI extender transmits a 4K signal at 60 Hz from a set-top box or another HDMI source to a TV or projector over a CAT 5e/6 cable, over distances of up to 120 m. HDBaseT technology carries the video signal, while the IR return function via CEC lets you remotely control a connected set-top box.

It supports HDR, EDID, bidirectional PoC, loopthrough, RS-232 and passthrough. Supported resolutions include 4K at 60 Hz, 1080p, 1080i, 720p, 576p and 480p. Audio formats supported include DTS-HD Master Audio, DTS:X, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital/AC3, LPCM 7.1, DTS 5.1 and Dolby-AC3, as well as an analogue PCM 2.0CH output.
