DYE FOR EASTER EGGS:
- Grind the madder root in a mortar.
- Boil it in water for 10 minutes.
- Let it sit for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Strain it.
- Add 1/2 cup of vinegar.
- Place the eggs in, and if necessary, add enough water to just cover them.
- Boil for about 15 minutes.
Dosage: 70 g of madder root for 15 eggs.
