It features a dual-tower design with a contact surface that fully covers the processor and four 6 mm heat pipes. The two 92 mm NF-A9 fans operate in a push-pull configuration, with a maximum speed of 2,500 rpm and an airflow of 96.3 m³/h.

The cooler is made of aluminum and has a nickel-plated copper base. The SecuFirm2 mounting system supports compatible AMD sockets.
