The journey to 100 friends starts with just one conversation. Socially anxious high school student, Soko Komei, has a major goal of making friends, but everyone at school misinterprets her serious anxiety as "cool" detachment. Luckily, she meets Tataro, a shy boy who decides to step out of his comfort zone to help her achieve her goal of 100 friends. Komei's mobile phone meets a watery demise at the bottom of the bathtub, but disaster is averted when her dad helps her get a fancy new smartphone. Now she has all the apps to connect with her friends and even to help her make new ones! Just one problem - how do they work?
