Excellent!!! Since the coronavirus, it has never been missing from our pharmacy. It prevents any sore throat. It doesn't only have propolis so the taste is completely tolerable even for children.

The new version of the product has a manufacturing defect. While the nozzle of the previous generation would snap into place properly and stay there, in the new version it doesn't fit correctly and you have to hold it in a centered balanced position every time you use it, being careful not to let it slip out of place. It is truly disappointing that such a problem with the user experience escaped the company's quality control. As for its taste, the previous generation had a more intense propolis flavor, which for some might have made it less palatable, but it also gave some reassurance regarding the propolis content in the product. Nevertheless, the effectiveness seems to be similar (if one manages to keep their patience due to the inconvenience I described earlier and doesn't just put it aside).

Nothing special. I do not understand why this product is being sold at pharmacies. I find it very commercial. You don't even get the proper taste of propolis. It is very mild, not strong at all.

My pathologist recommended this, because she uses it to. At the first sign of a sore throat or a cold, I use it! And the soreness is gone the next morning. I always keep a bottle on hand and I bought 3 others ones for my family in Canada.
