To find your belt size, you can measure a belt you already have or measure your waist.

This will be the best possible size, but belts have more than one hole spaced 2.5 centimeters apart. So, if your waist is 100 centimeters, you can use a belt that is 105 or 95 centimeters. You just won't fasten it in the middle hole.
