The Kinderkraft Halley children's scooter converts from a three-wheeled scooter into a balance bike thanks to its folding seat. The handlebar adjusts to three heights: 61.5 cm, 68.5 cm and 75.5 cm, to suit your child's height. The polyurethane wheels light up as they spin.

As a balance bike, it is suitable from 1 year of age and supports a maximum rider weight of 20 kg. As a scooter, it is designed for children aged 2 and up and supports up to 50 kg. It has been tested and approved in accordance with the European safety standards EN 71-1, 71-2 and 71-3, and certified by Intertek.

    It is a very nice scooter, sturdy, the back wheel is all plastic on top for braking and it can definitely hold 60 kg guaranteed!! On the negative side, I would say that the handlebar does not turn; you have to push down on the handlebar from the right and left, and it requires a bit of practice, it doesn't do a sharp turn (it turns like a skateboard). There are videos on YouTube to help you understand. Also, the seat does not go higher, but it closes and opens very easily.
