If I want it cold, I put it in the freezer to freeze, and if I put hot food, I boil water, let it reach the desired temperature, then empty it and put my food in. Very good
Πολύ καλο πρωινο χωράει αρκετή ποσότητα φαγητό κρατάει θερμοκρασια κρύου και ζεστού για πετιόσαστε αντοχή εάν θέλω κρύο το βάζω κατάψυξη να παγώσει καο εάν βάλω ζεστο φαγητό βράζω νερο το αφήνω να πιάσει θερμοκρασια επειτα το αδειάζω και βάζω το φαγητό μου πολύ καλο
It does not keep the food satisfactorily warm for more than two (at most three) hours. I would not recommend it for a child because the mouthpiece is narrow.

After 2 months of use, the plastic frame on the inside of the lid came off.
