The Brita On Tap V replacement filter is designed for the BRITA ON TAP tap water filtration system. The four-stage filter contains compacted activated carbon made from coconut shells and ion-exchange material, which reduce chlorine and heavy metals such as lead. The microfibre retains larger particles, while the high-performance mesh traps particles larger than 60 μm.

The filter also reduces traces of herbicides, pesticides and pharmaceuticals, if present in tap water, while retaining essential minerals such as calcium and magnesium. Replacing the filter provides up to 600 litres of filtered water.
