It is very good and easy to program. Just make sure it matches the type of your door. I had some others that were much cheaper on the previous garage door but they couldn't synchronize with the new one. These are just fine and have the range as stated.

I received the remotes and the synchronization process from the old one was very easy by following the instructions. The remote controls came with batteries so I didn't need to buy new ones. I highly recommend them.

The programming succeeded on the second try but the construction of the buttons is not very good, resulting in the command not responding easily,,,,,,
