It opens easily but closing it is more difficult because it doesn't have instructions and you're afraid you'll break it. I even went on YouTube to figure out how. Also, maybe it's just me, but even when packing it up, it's not obvious, it has a lot of material and folds haphazardly. If I were to buy again, I would go for something else.
