The DVH BioGro 123 Marine Bacteria Set water conditioner contains three bacterial preparations for marine aquariums that help maintain biological balance and reduce nitrates, phosphates, and detritus. They also help prevent and combat cyanobacteria and dinoflagellates by outcompeting them.

BioGro 1 contains 12 bacterial strains that produce enzymes to maintain biological balance, BioGro 2 contains 14 strains that enhance nitrification, and BioGro 3 contains 9 strains for removing detritus. The bacteria are pathogen-free and naturally cultured.
