A group of mostly Scottish artists (mainly William York Macgregor, Joseph Crawhall, George Henry, Edward Atkinson Hornel, Sir John Lavery, and Arthur Melville) painting in a variety of styles, the Glasgow Boys were active around the turn of the 20th century. Impressionism and their vibrant Realism created stunning works of art.
