Chalkidiki olives are large sub-green Greek olives in an oval shape that are collected young. They are processed through brining, offering a mild flavor with light bitter and peppery notes.

They are exclusively grown in the region of Chalkidiki, neighboring Mount Athos. They are also called "donkey olives" due to their large size.

Chalkidiki olives are excellent table olives of high quality and are large enough to be stuffed with other food ingredients.
