Description

Extra-large touch control buttons

Thanks to the large 30 cm wide DirectSelect Premium control panel with touch buttons, you have complete control over your device. The special design and easy-to-read text make managing the settings on the cooktops extremely easy. Thus, with a simple touch, you select the cooking zones, power levels, and other settings you need. When the cooktops are not in use, the control panel disappears, allowing you to enjoy their simple and elegant design.

Flexible cooking zones for your pans and pots

The FlexInduction function allows you to combine two cooking zones into one surface with uniform heat. The cooktop base automatically detects the size and position of the cookware you have placed in the zone and adjusts accordingly. Want to make an espresso or heat a large baking dish? The cooktop system heats all types of cookware efficiently and accurately.

Cook like a professional

The MoveMode function makes cooking even easier and more flexible. In the past, you had to adjust the intensity of the hob when you wanted to continue simmering your dish after the initial intense boiling. Now the MoveMode function does this job for you. By activating MoveMode, you divide your hob zones into separate areas with preset power levels. All you need to do is move your cookware from the front area, which you use for intense boiling and frying, to the back area where your food continues to simmer at a lower intensity.

Cooktop control just got easy

If you move the cookware from one zone to another during cooking, the power level does not need to be reset from the beginning. The new cooking zone directly accepts the previous settings, that is, the intensity and cooking time you had before. All that is required from you is the press of a button to confirm the transfer of your cookware.

Speed up the cooking process

The PowerBoost function is particularly useful when you want to prepare meals quickly and easily in less time. This practical feature provides you with an enhanced energy boost to heat your cookware even faster. Try the function on your induction cooktops to boil a large amount of water. It will reach the boiling point 35% faster compared to the highest power level of your cooktop.

Your settings are saved

If something goes wrong during cooking, such as food overflowing, the cooktops automatically turn off, saving your last settings. This means you can easily restore your settings with the press of a button.

Faster cooking, reduced energy consumption. This is Induction

Induction cooktops generate heat through magnetism at the base of the cookware. What does this mean for you? More safety and greater convenience. Additionally, on an induction cooktop, two liters of water boil in half the time compared to a ceramic cooktop, resulting in significant energy savings and giving you more free time.

Independent operation

Its operation is independent, meaning it can function on its own without the need for connection to an oven. This means it can be placed anywhere in the kitchen that suits you best. It is suitable for combination with an above-counter oven, as the oven can be placed anywhere, regardless of the cooktop.
