Also, 1000 folic acid is probably unnecessary for daily use. It would be better to have less, 400 to 600 μg, and more of something else like magnesium or Q10.
Overall, though, a very good value-for-money choice, but with room for improvement in the information about the raw materials. With these changes, it would become one of the top products on the market.

I am 43 years old with a very demanding work schedule and I do some light exercise whenever I can (2-3 workouts/week). I have always taken multivitamins and I would say that I have tried all the well-known ones. After hitting my 40s... I noticed that the standard options were not working as well as I wanted, so I decided to try this one after my pharmacist's recommendation. I also combine it with the effervescent Magnesium & Vitamin B (evening intake) from the same company and I really feel SUPER!!!
