Also, 1000 folic acid is probably unnecessary for daily use. It would be better if it had less, 400 to 600 μg, and more of something else like magnesium or Q10.
Overall, though, a very good value-for-money choice, but with room for improvement in the information about the raw materials. With these changes, it would become one of the top products on the market.
