Handle made of 18/10 stainless steel that does not heat up.

The non-stick coating ‘Whitford® Xylan’ is particularly resistant to high temperatures (up to 250°C). The adhesion of the non-stick coating is improved with a layer of titanium between the aluminum and the coating. This double layer enhances the coating's lifespan and provides additional scratch resistance.

Easy to clean after use.
