    It is very easy to dissolve, you won't even need a special shaker with a mesh inside to avoid lumps or to spend hours shaking it. The taste reminds me of Mars or Snickers (not as sweet or heavy), and it is also very light even after 2:30 hours of training, it goes down easily. For those who haven't dealt with this type of protein (for muscle building or post-workout), and are on a diet, or at the beginning of a diet and want to have a quality meal that goes down easily after exertion and not miss any meals of the day, it might give you 1-2 kilos at the beginning. It's not something to worry about and there's no need for disappointment, the body gets used to it and you will notice that the next day you will be more rested and energized (especially if you have morning and afternoon exercise) and the extra weight will disappear in no time. In terms of economy, I would recommend the bigger package which usually costs around 50 euros, but for a start and taste testing, this package is fine. Personally, I only use it with water, I have no opinion on how it would be with milk. I hope you found this useful for both experienced and beginner users.

    However, this particular one upsets my stomach every time I drink it (regardless of the time). Also, I don't like its texture with water.
    Coming from Dymatize ISO 100, the difference is huge. I will go back there even if the €100 hurts... perhaps the best protein on the market being hydrolysed.

    It is very easy to dissolve, you won't even need a special shaker with a mesh inside to avoid lumps or to spend hours shaking it. The taste reminds me of Mars or Snickers (not as sweet or heavy), and it is also very light even after 2:30 hours of training, it goes down easily. For those who haven't dealt with this type of protein (for muscle building or post-workout), and are on a diet, or at the beginning of a diet and want to have a quality meal that goes down easily after exertion and not miss any meals of the day, it might give you 1-2 kilos at the beginning. It's not something to worry about and there's no need for disappointment, the body gets used to it and you will notice that the next day you will be more rested and energized (especially if you have morning and afternoon exercise) and the extra weight will disappear in no time. In terms of economy, I would recommend the bigger package which usually costs around 50 euros, but for a start and taste testing, this package is fine. Personally, I only use it with water, I have no opinion on how it would be with milk. I hope you found this useful for both experienced and beginner users.

    However, this particular one upsets my stomach every time I drink it (regardless of the time). Also, I don't like its texture with water.
    Coming from Dymatize ISO 100, the difference is huge. I will go back there even if the €100 hurts... perhaps the best protein on the market being hydrolysed.
