The GROTECH BioPellet Reactor BPR-100 is a reactor for bio pellets suitable for marine aquariums up to 600L, designed for use inside the sump.

Instructions for using Bio Pellets:

• Use 50 to 200 ml NP-Minus BioPellets for every 100 liters of water, depending on the nutrient levels in the aquarium water.
• To prevent bacterial overgrowth, gradual addition of bio pellets is recommended at intervals of about one week.
• Start with approximately 30% of the required amount.
• It is recommended that the reactor's outlet be close to the skimmer's inlet.
• The addition of bacteria promotes faster and more effective operation of the bio pellets.
• Bio pellets should not remain unstirred for long periods.

NP-Minus BioPellets are 100% biodegradable polymers that dissolve over a period of several months and serve as a carbon source for aerobic bacteria and other microorganisms. These pellets provide food for microorganisms and, along with nitrates and phosphates in the water, create bacterial biomass.
