The GROTECH PhytoBreeder 18 Litre is a reactor for the cultivation of phytoplankton. With the PhytoBreeder, you can cultivate your own phytoplankton. Under optimal conditions, a daily reproduction of up to 30% of its volume is possible, which corresponds to 6 liters of phytoplankton for dosing in reef aquariums.
This process can be automated with the PhytoControl. The PhytoBreeder 2 is more compact than its predecessor, with the light source integrated into the cultivation chamber, significantly increasing light gain. The removable lid has been replaced with a 110 mm screw cap, allowing easy access and complete sealing.
