The work "Civil Medical Liability" covers, with complete theoretical and case law documentation, the subject matter of civil medical liability and reflects its evolution in Greek law over the last twenty years. Alongside the developments in Greek law, the book outlines the developments in German and French law during the same period, as well as the relationship of medical liability with European institutions and regulations. A significant part of the effort has been devoted to documenting the positions of case law.

The main author, Katerina Foundetaki, Professor at the Faculty of Law of AUTH, has by far the largest body of written and research work and the most contributions to conferences on civil medical liability in Greece.
