    Select based on the number of gears on your bike's rear cassette. An 11-speed drivetrain may not be compatible with a 6-speed system and vice versa.

  • Mount

    To choose based on mounting type, check how your old derailleur is attached to the bicycle frame. Rear derailleurs may have Standard or Direct Mount types, while front derailleurs may have Clamp-on, Braze-on, or Direct Mount types.

    Direct Mount

    For Rear Derailleurs, it screws directly onto the frame (common in newer Shimano models), while for Front Derailleurs, it uses special mounting brackets that screw directly onto the frame.

    The cage length determines how much "excess" chain the derailleur can take up, depending on your gears.

    Long (SGS)

Enhance the durability of bicycle gears with the new SHIMANO Cues series. SHIMANO designed the CUES series specifically for bikes seeking maximum reliability and endurance under adverse conditions, at maximum load forces and strong torques, such as those exerted by E-Bikes.

The philosophy of the CUES series is based on thicker gear teeth and different angles at which the chain operates, thus allowing smooth shifting from one gear to another, without noise or inaccuracies. This prevents the risk of the chain breaking when changing gears under heavy load forces.

The SHIMANO CUES series is compatible with almost all mid-range and higher bikes, even with most older aluminum bikes.

For the transmission to operate, the entire old and worn series needs to be replaced, as the chain and gear operation standards cannot be combined with technologies from different non-Link Glide series.
