I bought this specific blood pressure monitor for use in an internal medicine clinic and it has truly made me look good. The measurements are relatively accurate and when they are rarely incorrect, it is easily noticeable with very high or unrealistic values (usually diastolic pressure), while generally the error increases significantly when the patient does not remain still. It fits in the pocket of a lab coat and its battery lasts a very long time since it does not have an electric pump (you inflate it by hand). The cuff, although it is 22-32 cm, is somehow larger or at least can be placed on thicker arms without any problem. Also, as far as I have tried it, as a last resort, it can also measure on the forearm. Its price is impressive for what it offers, it seems quite high-quality and from a good brand, it does not require maintenance (you forget that at some point it needs a battery and when the time comes it works with one AA). I have had it for 20 days and it is still like new with about 6-7 patients a day - time will tell, but I already believe it is worth its money.
Αγόρασα το συγκεκριμένο πιεσόμετρο για χρήση σε παθολογική κλινική και πράγματι με έχει βγάλει ασπροπρόσωπο. Οι μετρήσεις είναι σχετικά ακριβείς και όταν σπάνια είναι εσφαλμένες γίνεται εύκολα αντιληπτό με πολύ αυξημένες η εξωπραγματικές τιμές (συνήθως διαστολικής πίεσης) ενώ γενικά το σφαμα αυξάνεται αρκετά όταν ο ασθνενης δεν μένει ακίνητος. Χωράει στην τσέπη της ποδιάς και η μπαταρία του αντέχει πάρα πολύ καθώς δεν έχει ηλεκτρική αντλία (άλλα το φουσκώνεις με το χέρι). Η περιχειρίδα παρόλο που είναι 22-32 cm είναι κατά κάποιο τρόπο μεγαλύτερη ή τέλος πάντων μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί και σε πιο χοντρά χέρια χωρίς πρόβλημα. Επίσης, από όσο το έχω δοκιμάσει, σαν έσχατη λύση, μετράει και στο αντιβράχιο. Η τιμή του είναι εντυπωσιακή για αυτό που προσφέρει , φαίνεται αρκετά ποιοτικό και από κάλο brand, δεν χρειάζεται συντήρηση (ξεχνάς ότι κάποια στιγμή θέλει μπαταρία και όταν έρθει η στιγμή δουλεύει με μία ΑΑ). Το έχω 20 μέρες και ακόμα είναι σαν καινούριο με περίπου 6-7 ασθενείς τη μέρα - ο χρόνος θα το δείξει, άλλα πιστεύω πως ήδη αξίζει τα χρήματα του.

Πολύ πιο αξιόπιστο λόγο χειροκίνητου φουσκώματος η μπαταρία του κρατάει χρόνια γιατί έχει να τροφοδότηση μόνο την οθόνη και όχι την ενεργοβόρα αντλία φουσκώματος.

Συγκρίνοντας με του Omron, αυτές είναι ίδιες και θεωρώ ακριβείς. Το πιεσόμετρο δεν έχει μνήμες, αλλά δεν με πειράζει. Λέει επίσης ότι δείχνει τυχόν καρδιακές αρρυθμίες, αλλά δεν έχω εμπειρία (ευτυχώς). I bought this specific blood pressure monitor for use in an internal medicine clinic and it has truly made me look good. The measurements are relatively accurate and when they are rarely incorrect, it is easily noticeable with very high or unrealistic values (usually diastolic pressure), while generally the error increases significantly when the patient does not remain still. It fits in the pocket of a lab coat and its battery lasts a very long time since it does not have an electric pump (you inflate it by hand). The cuff, although it is 22-32 cm, is somehow larger or at least can be placed on thicker arms without any problem. Also, as far as I have tried it, as a last resort, it can also measure on the forearm. Its price is impressive for what it offers, it seems quite high-quality and from a good brand, it does not require maintenance (you forget that at some point it needs a battery and when the time comes it works with one AA). I have had it for 20 days and it is still like new with about 6-7 patients a day - time will tell, but I already believe it is worth its money.

The manual pump seemed like an advantage to me, considering that it would break less easily and that it is not difficult to pump a blood pressure monitor. The cuff is soft and easy to put on correctly, not hard and difficult like the Omron's. Συγκρίνοντας με του Omron, αυτές είναι ίδιες και θεωρώ ακριβείς. Το πιεσόμετρο δεν έχει μνήμες, αλλά δεν με πειράζει. Λέει επίσης ότι δείχνει τυχόν καρδιακές αρρυθμίες, αλλά δεν έχω εμπειρία (ευτυχώς). Είναι το καλύτερο πιεσόμετρο που δοκίμασα ποτέ και έχουν περάσει από τα χέρια μου τουλάχιστον δέκα, Βασικά πλεονεκτήματα ακριβής και πιο γρήγορες μετρήσεις από τα πλήρως ηλεκτρονικά χωρίς τα συχνά σφάλματα που συχνά βγάζουν. Πολύ πιο αξιόπιστο λόγο χειροκίνητου φουσκώματος η μπαταρία του κρατάει χρόνια γιατί έχει να τροφοδότηση μόνο την οθόνη και όχι την ενεργοβόρα αντλία φουσκώματος.
Very easy to use. You just have to "inflate" it and tighten the arm (brachium) very much for it to show the correct pressure. Otherwise, it shows less.
Πολύ εύχρηστο. Απλώς πρέπει να το "φουσκώσεις" και να σφίγγει πολύ τον βραχίωνα (μπράτσο) για να δείξει τη σωστή πίεση. Αλλιώς δείχνει λιγότερη.
