Two stars for the first impression. One because I managed to get it to work and one because the print quality was very good.
Negatives:
1) It took me about two hours to install it. At first, it wouldn't connect to the internet because it said it needed to be 2.4 and mine was five. However, after many attempts, and I have no idea why, it connected.
2) (This was my own mistake) I couldn't print the alignment page because I put in new inks and not the ones that came in the printer's box.
3) What bothered me the most was that it took 2.5 minutes on the timer to print a simple page and 1.5 when I set it to draft mode.
4) All these options with instant ink, hp+, mobile or computer connection, USB or WiFi connection made the installation a very unpleasant experience as I had to look up what each one was to avoid surprises.
So far, I have only printed 3 pages, so I will try to update my comments after a few days when I have a better picture and won't be so irritated.
Update: I eventually contacted technical support and for some reason I don't know, the slow printing issue was fixed. Technical support told me that it might have been because it needed time for the ink to settle. Now it generally prints at normal speeds, however sometimes, for reasons I don't know, it still prints very slowly.
For the above reasons, I changed my rating from two stars to four, simply because it now does its job. However, sometimes it tries to pull the paper crooked, something I hadn't noticed in the initial prints.
Δύο αστέρια για την πρώτη εντύπωση. Το ένα επειδή κατάφερα να τον κάνω να λειτουργήσει και ένα επειδή η εκτύπωση ήταν πολύ καλής ποιότητας.
Αρνητικά:
1) έκανα περίπου δύο ώρες να τον εγκαταστήσω. Πρώτα δεν συνδεόταν στο διαδίκτυο γιατί έλεγε ότι πρέπει να είναι 2.4 και το δικό μου ήταν πέντε. Ωστόσο μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες και δεν έχω ιδέα για ποιον λόγο συνδέθηκε.
2) (Αυτό ήταν δικό μου λάθος) Δεν μπορούσα να εκτυπώσω την σελίδα ευθυγράμμισης, επειδή έβαλα καινούργια μελάνια και όχι αυτά που είχε στο κουτί του εκτυπωτή.
3) Αυτό που με ενόχλησε περισσότερο από όλα ήταν ότι έκανε 2.5 λεπτά με το χρονόμετρο να μου εκτυπώσει μια απλή σελίδα και 1.5 όταν το έβαλα στην πρόχειρη εκτύπωση.
4) Όλες αυτές οι επιλογές με το instant ink, το hp+, σύνδεση από κινητό ή υπολογιστή, σύνδεση με usb ή WiFi έκαναν την εγκατάσταση του μια πολύ δυσάρεστη εμπειρία καθώς έπρεπε να ψάξω τι είναι το καθένα για να μη βρεθώ προ εκπλήξεων.
Για την ώρα έχω εκτυπώσει μόνο 3 σελίδες για αυτό θα προσπαθήσω να ανανεώσω τα σχόλια μετά από λίγες μέρες που θα έχω καλύτερη εικόνα και δε θα είμαι τόσο εκνευρισμένη.
Ενημέρωση: τελικά επικοινώνησα με την τεχνική υποστήριξη ς και για κάποιο λόγο που δεν γνωρίζω διορθώθηκε το πρόβλημα της αργής εκτύπωσης. Από τη τεχνική υποστήριξη μου είπαν ότι ίσως έφταιγε το γεγονός ότι χρειαζόταν χρόνο μέχρι να κατέβει το μελάνι. Πλέον εκτυπώνει κατά κανόνα σε φυσιολογικούς ρυθμούς, ωστόσο κάποιες φορές που δεν γνωρίζω εξακολουθεί να εκτυπώνει πάρα πολύ αργά.
Για τους παραπάνω λόγους άλλαξα τη βαθμολογία μου από δυο αστέρια σε τέσσερα, επειδή πολύ απλά πλέον κάνει τη δουλειά του. Ωστόσο κάποιες φορές πάει να μου τραβήξει στραβά το χαρτί, κάτι που δεν είχα προσέξει στις αρχικές εκτυπώσεις.
very bad experience.. I was late to "assemble" it, a lot of difficulty for no reason, remove this, put that, do the other.. I joined HP Ink and just stopped paying the subscription in the 3rd month and guess what, I can't use the printer. It won't let me print because I canceled the subscription (8 euros/month for 5-10 prints a month) and it asks me to change the ink (even though the ones inside are almost full). Okay, I see it as a huge scam anyway.. it's not even worth 50 euros, you end up paying more
κακη εμπειρία πολύ..αργησα να το "μονταρω" πολυ δυσκολια χωρις λογο, κατεβασε εκεινο βαλε το αλλο, κλασε το παραλλο.. μπηκα στο hp ink και απλα σταματησα να πληρωνων την συνδρομη τον 3ο μηνα και μάντεψε, δε μπορώ να χρησιμοποιησω τον εκτυπωτή. Δε με αφηνει να εκτυπωσω επειδη ακύρωσα την συνδρομή (8 ευρώ / μήνα για 5-10 εκτυπώσεις τονμήνα) και μου ζητάει να αλλάξω μελάνια (ενω αυτα που έχει μέσα ειναι σχεδόν γεμάτα) ενταξει εγω το βλ΄πεω τρομερή απάτη πάντως.. ουτε τα 50 ευρω δεν αξιζει , παραπανω δινεις τελικά

While the cost of the machine is low, the inks are very expensive and run out immediately. If you want to print 5 copies a month, that's fine. If you want to use it more frequently, it's not worth it at all.

Actually doesn't even deserve the one star. Purchased to be able to print connected to WiFi and from my phone. Printer not available continuously shows. On seeking help I see many more comments for many months of people saying the same thing. The app is totally useless , the "smart" software is anything but smart. If you want a printer just for copying it's ok but definitely not if you're wanting a printer with WiFi. I bought HP as my 20 year old HP printer... still working... doesn't have WiFi.

very bad experience.. I was late to "assemble" it, a lot of difficulty for no reason, remove this, put that, do the other.. I joined HP Ink and just stopped paying the subscription in the 3rd month and guess what, I can't use the printer. It won't let me print because I canceled the subscription (8 euros/month for 5-10 prints a month) and it asks me to change the ink (even though the ones inside are almost full). Okay, I see it as a huge scam anyway.. it's not even worth 50 euros, you end up paying more
κακη εμπειρία πολύ..αργησα να το "μονταρω" πολυ δυσκολια χωρις λογο, κατεβασε εκεινο βαλε το αλλο, κλασε το παραλλο.. μπηκα στο hp ink και απλα σταματησα να πληρωνων την συνδρομη τον 3ο μηνα και μάντεψε, δε μπορώ να χρησιμοποιησω τον εκτυπωτή. Δε με αφηνει να εκτυπωσω επειδη ακύρωσα την συνδρομή (8 ευρώ / μήνα για 5-10 εκτυπώσεις τονμήνα) και μου ζητάει να αλλάξω μελάνια (ενω αυτα που έχει μέσα ειναι σχεδόν γεμάτα) ενταξει εγω το βλ΄πεω τρομερή απάτη πάντως.. ουτε τα 50 ευρω δεν αξιζει , παραπανω δινεις τελικά

While the cost of the machine is low, the inks are very expensive and run out immediately. If you want to print 5 copies a month, that's fine. If you want to use it more frequently, it's not worth it at all.

Actually doesn't even deserve the one star. Purchased to be able to print connected to WiFi and from my phone. Printer not available continuously shows. On seeking help I see many more comments for many months of people saying the same thing. The app is totally useless , the "smart" software is anything but smart. If you want a printer just for copying it's ok but definitely not if you're wanting a printer with WiFi. I bought HP as my 20 year old HP printer... still working... doesn't have WiFi.
