    Perfect product. At first I thought it didn't work but after 20 minutes it started to heat up. It relieved me a lot on the first day. I had no problem with the adhesive, nor with the space where I placed it. It doesn't burn, but it does provide a nice warmth to the area!!!

    Personally, it didn't help me. It's not warm enough. I think if it reached a higher temperature, it might have helped more with period pain. It is also small in size, so it doesn't help if you have pain a little higher in the ovaries. It also doesn't have such a strong adhesive. It helps if you have very mild pain, but you can relieve that pain by doing something to distract yourself or taking painkillers. It takes almost half an hour to fully activate and reach the final temperature (unless I did something wrong while activating it). However, it does provide warmth for the cold winter days and actually lasts up to 10 hours!
