I have been buying this specific product since 2009 due to malabsorption in the intestine, so I am absolutely satisfied with the product, which I found here at 1/3 of the price I buy it from the neighborhood pharmacy. I bought several tubes.

It is not very well absorbed because it is effervescent; there are other forms of vitamin C that are much better absorbed

Others take vitamin and expect it to taste like a smoothie with berries and papaya! Come on! A regular effervescent vitamin has a typical taste. It works great for physical fatigue and gives you a noticeable boost to get through the day!

One of the worst I have tried... you pour it in a glass and it foams as if you were going to drink Fredo... the taste is not bad, but I didn't like this foam thing at all

The taste is awful, I don't like it :( I don't feel any difference when I drink it. Also, it creates a lot of foam and the vitamin powder settles at the bottom of the glass, and then you can feel it on your tongue. I've never seen something like this in a vitamin before, I won't buy it again, I didn't like it

I didn't like the taste and smell at all. It might be because of Stevia, I don't know. Anyway, the box will go to waste, I won't drink them. I went back to Centrum Performance that I used to take before and I'm a fan.

For example, it contains calcium in the form of calcium carbonate, which is less absorbable than citrate and requires gastric fluids (note: if you don't take it with a meal, it won't work) and so on for other substances...

It provides energy and strength. I use it during periods of intense physical fatigue and it gives me enough energy and strength. It has an effervescent form and dissolves quickly in water. Its taste is pleasant and sweet.
