I'll start with the good points. Very good quality and a very beautiful jacket to go for a walk, etc. But…
Now let's go to the bad points. The jacket is not warm at all, and the worst part is that air passes through its rather wide zipper at the waist. A motorcycle jacket that lets AIR in—truly unheard of!!!
I was forced to buy an extra thin jacket to wear underneath!!
Also, the protectors it had on the elbows and shoulders didn't seem very dynamic to me, so I used the ones from my old jacket.
No, if I could turn back time, I wouldn't buy it.

  • I finally bought it in black. First of all, the quality of the construction is good from a reputable company. I still don't have an opinion on the waterproof membrane since I haven't encountered rain. At temperatures between 7-15 degrees, the protection from the cold and wind is very good. So far, I've only used it in urban settings; I haven't tried it on the highway. It has a nice appearance that resembles a casual jacket, so it can be worn on its own. You will definitely want to get one size larger than what you usually wear. I am 1.78 meters tall and weigh 83 kilograms, and I usually wear M and L, and I got this in XL. No question about going smaller. The downsides are that the external pockets are quite small. Also, it is purely a winter jacket. Because it neither has vents nor is the waterproof membrane removable, at advanced spring temperatures (at least during the day) and especially in summer, it will be uncomfortable even without the thermal lining. Personally, it’s not a problem for me since I have a summer jacket, and I wanted this one only for the winter months.
