I have the set for about 9 months. I am very satisfied with its quality and usability. The knives cut very well and greatly improve the cutting of food, vegetables, and herbs. The difference compared to a supermarket knife set is very significant. I would recommend it for people who cook daily as well as for professional kitchens as a more affordable knife option. The price for the whole set in relation to the quality is very good (100 euros). The country of manufacture is China. The knives are lightweight and do not tire you out during cutting, nor do they slip from your grip. The construction material is AUS-8 steel with a hardness of 59 HRC for the blade that extends throughout the length of the handle. The handle is made of non-slip, non-rotting ABC plastic, although it could be slightly more cylindrical for better grip. It fits well in small and medium-sized hands. I have not noticed any rust on the knife so far. I sharpened the chef's knife, which I use the most, once so far with a water stone (15-17 degrees sharpening angle) to refresh its edge. Inside the box, the company has a sticker patch for cuts, and when I saw it, I laughed at the company's implication. The next day, when I was preparing food with this particular set, I used it! Be careful because they are sharp.

Η διαφορά με 1 σετ μαχαιριών super market είναι πολύ μεγάλη. Θα το πρότεινα για άτομα που μαγειρεύουν καθημερινά αλλά και για επαγγελματικές κουζίνες σαν ένα πιο φθηνό μαχαίρι. Η τιμή για όλο το σετ σε σχέση με την ποιότητα είναι πολύ καλή (100ευρώ). Η χώρα κατασκευής είναι η Κίνα. Είναι ελαφριά μαχαίρια και δεν κουράζουν ούτε στο κόψιμο, αλλά ούτε και στο κράτημα. Το υλικό κατασκευής είναι ατσάλι AUS-8 σκληρότητας 59 HRC για την λάμα που φθάνει σε όλο το μήκος της λαβής. Η λαβή είναι από πλαστικό ABC το οποίο δεν γλιστράει, δεν σαπίζει αλλά θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο κυλινδρική για καλύτερη λαβή. Ταιριάζει σε μικρά και μεσαία χέρια. Δεν έχω παρατηρήσει σκουριά στο μαχαίρι μέχρι στιγμής. Τρόχισα το μαχαίρι του chef που χρησιμοποιώ πιο πολύ μία φορά έως τώρα με πέτρα νερού (15-17 μοίρες γωνία τροχίσματος) για να φρεσκάρω την κόψη του. Μέσα στο κουτί η εταιρία έχει ένα αυτοκόλλητο επίθεμα για κοψίματα, όταν το είδα γέλασα με το υπονοούμενο της εταιρίας. Την επόμενη μέρα που ετοίμαζα φαγητό με το συγκεκριμένο set το χρησιμοποίησα! Προσοχή γιατί κόβουν.
