The Mustolis Tablets No. 1 & 2 are the best formulation for wine making. Their composition is based on international regulations regarding allowed substances during winemaking.

The addition of tablet No. 1 before fermentation begins sterilizes the must and allows for yeast selection, letting the most efficient yeast to thrive. The addition of tablet No. 2 supplies the nutrients needed for the yeast.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

• One Mustolis tablet No. 1 and one Mustolis tablet No. 2 per 100 kilograms of must.
• Powder the corresponding Mustolis tablets No. 1 and mix them with 500 ml of water.
• Add the solution to the must and stir gently.
• After 3 hours, use Mustolis tablets No. 2, after powdering them and mixing with 500 ml of water, pouring them into the must while stirring.
