      Not greasy at all, doesn't irritate the eyes at all! The previous dual-phase makeup remover I used was Clinique's Take the Day Off, a top product for me. This one from L'Oreal is a few notches lower in terms of speed and depth of cleansing it offers. (It requires more rubbing and an amount proportional to the amount of makeup). Definitely value for money!!
