In the Kingpins expansion, one of the six kingpins has taken over the city. You must gather your forces and confront them, adding valuable time that will affect your ability to solve the crime. The identity of the Kingpin will be revealed through the course of the game.

To catch the Kingpin, move the Patrol Car through the city to take down the Kingpin's Flophouses one by one, so you can reveal which Kingpin you need to bring down.

But be careful! The Kingpins have other plans for the loyal officers of Echo Ridge City and will unleash a series of events if they feel the police are getting close. The Kingpins expansion will include new events related to each Kingpin and their gang. These new events will consume valuable time to resolve as you chase these gang leaders.
