Description

"The Scent of the Dream" is an epic that begins in the forests of ancient Bohemia and does not end until tonight, at nine o'clock in the evening (Paris time). It is also an adventurous novel featuring a caretaker who has lost a blue bottle. A very old bottle that has engraved on it the image of a god with goat horns. If the liquid inside this bottle is indeed the secret essence of the universe, as some believe, it must be found quickly, because it is evaporating and only two drops remain.

I liked this little book. It's a bit vulgar, for anyone who is "serious." But it's a nice little story.
The book arrived in excellent condition from the shop I bought it from, but I don't remember the name. And in fact with a nice cover and art on the outside, not the one in the picture. I'll post a photo

The best of Robbins along with the walnut! I had read it before and I got it again because it was one of the most eye-opening books you can read. Satirical, caustic, and timely, a real gem! I highly recommend it!

The best book by Tom Robbins. You will likely have a strong craving for beets and for the worship of Pan after reading.

One of the best books I have ever read in general. I would suggest reading it twice (at least). The first time, read it in its normal flow, and the second time, place different bookmarks in each scenario and read each scenario separately before reading the ending. Personally, I really liked the second way, especially the scenario with Alombar.

  • Do you want to learn how to live forever? To meet the devil (chic) and spend a few years with him? Because as known, a story that starts with beets ends with the devil...
