I have bought a classic dish brush that doesn't scratch it and removes everything, and then I use the traditional sponge. For potatoes, I recommend marinating them first, they come out amazing, plain ones don't appeal to me, the taste is missing. In general, there are many recipes for air fryers, it's good to take a look because they work wonders out there.
