The Tunze Comline DOC Skimmer 9012 is designed for use in marine aquariums from 200 to 1,200 liters. Its design makes it suitable for use inside the main aquarium when there is no sump.

It operates based on the TUNZE flash skimming principle, where water enters through surface suction, thus removing the protein film that forms on the surface of the water. The TUNZE Foamer produces large volumes of fine air bubbles with a diameter between 0.1 and 0.3 mm and is particularly quiet during operation.

The Comline DOC Skimmer is supported by magnets, which are suitable for glass thicknesses up to 15 mm. The silicone bases prevent the transfer of vibrations to the aquarium glass.
