In the 14th century, in Egypt, the skilled assassin El Cakr attempts to return the mysterious scepter of Aset to the Brotherhood, when his plans are disrupted by a woman named Leila. Seven centuries later, El Cakr's descendant, Jonathan Hawk, desperately tries to obtain the relic, leading to a final confrontation between the Assassins and the Knights.
