Finally, there is a way to permanently stop ghost switching (random turning on) without anyone having to intervene on the circuit board, just by purchasing, if you don't already have it, the RM433 remote control.
So, if the problem persists after you have synchronized it, do the following:
Press and hold the bottom left button (you will hear a short sound).
Then, turn off the power to the Dimmer for a while.
After resetting it, press and hold the first button (top left). This way, you will resynchronize the remote control with the dimmer and the annoying problem of random turning on will be solved.
You may need to repeat the process, although it worked for me the first time. It has been two months now and the dimmer works perfectly.
Τελικά υπάρχει τρόπος να σταματήσει οριστικά το ghost switching ( τυχαίο άναμμα) χωρίς να επέμβει κανείς στην πλακέτα αρκεί να αγοράσετε εάν δεν το έχετε ήδη το τηλεκοντρόλ του RM433.
Έτσι εάν παραμένει το πρόβλημα αφού το έχετε συντονίσει κάνετε τα εξής:
Πατάτε παρατεταμένα το κάτω αριστερό κουμπί ( θα ακούσετε ένα σύντομο ήχο).
Κατόπιν κλείνετε για λίγο την τροφοδοσία του Dimmer.
Αφού το επαναφέρετε πιέστε παρατεταμένα το πρώτο κουμπί ( πάνω αριστερά). Έτσι θα επανασυγχρονίσετε το τηλεκοντρόλ με το dimmer και θα λυθεί το εκνευριστικό πρόβλημα να ανάβει τυχαία.
Μπορεί να χρειαστεί να επαναλάβετε την διαδικασία αν και σε εμένα λειτούργησε με την πρώτη. Έχουν περάσει δύο μήνες και πλέον το ďimmer λειτουργεί τέλεια.

Having tried three different switches, the problem is permanent. I couldn't find a way to overcome it, and unlike the company's other products, this particular one is not reliable.
*update, if you open it and remove resistors R6 R7 R8 R9 + R11 R12 R13 R14 (written on the board) with a sharp object, it will work fine from now on. It may not work with wireless operation at 433mhz, but it is rare for someone to need it, so it is a practical solution.
Eχοντας δοκιμάσει τρεις διαφορετικούς διακόπτες το πρόβλημα είναι μόνιμο δεν βρήκα κάποιον τρόπο να το ξεπεράσω και σε αντίθεση με τα υπόλοιπα προϊόντα της εταιρείας το συγκεκριμένο δεν είναι αξιόπιστο
*update, αν το ανοιξετε και αφαιρεσετε τις αντιστασεις R6 R7 R8 R9 + R11 R12 R13 R14 (τις γραφει πανω η πλακετα) με ενα αιχμηρο αντικειμενο θα δουλευει μια χαρα πλεον. Πιθανον να μην δουλευει με ασυρματο χειρισμο 433mhz αλλα σπάνιο να το χρειαζεται καποιος οπότε ειναι μια πρακτικη λυση.
I have exactly the same problem with others!
It turns on whenever it wants without logic, without a specific frequency, without anything interfering with its operating frequency!
I have tried many tests but nothing can fix the light after 2 minutes or maybe even after 2 days!
I chose it because I have heard the best about Sonoff!
I hope the company can solve the problem in the future, maybe with a software upgrade for the D1.

Εχω κάνει πολλές δοκιμές αλλα τίποτα μπορεί να αναξει το φως μετα απο 2 λεπτα μπορεί κ μετα απο 2 μέρες!
Το επέλεξα γιατί έχω ακούσει τα καλύτερα για την sonoff!
Ελπίζω μήπως και η εταιρεία λύση το πρόβλημα στο μέλλον ίσως με κάποια αναβάθμιση στο λογισμικό του D1.

Unfortunately, it turns on by itself randomly. It may work fine for 2-3 days and the next day you wake up and the light is on! I tried everything, uninstalled and reinstalled it without success. I read that there are many people abroad who report similar problems, which is a shame because it is a very interesting and affordable product. I should note that the regular (non-dimmable) switches from Sonoff that I have work without any issues, only the D1 is defective.

Δοκίμασα τα πάντα, το απεγκατάστησα και εγκατέστησα ξανά χωρίς επιτυχία. Διάβασα είναι πολλοί που αναφέρουν παρόμοια προβλήματα στο εξωτερικό, κρίμα γιατί είναι πολύ ενδιαφέρον και οικονομικό προϊόν. Να σημειώσω πως οι απλοί (όχι dimable) διακόπτες της sonoff που έχω λειτουργούν χωρίς προβλήματα, μόνο ο D1 είναι ελαττωματικός.
It has been driving me crazy! It dims on its own whenever it wants, but it also turns the light on and off by itself. I have inserted a Blitzwolf switch and all it does now is dim. At least I can turn it off at night because before it would turn on by itself.
If you remove the infrared code from the remote control, something happens...
It's a shame because Sonoff is a great and good company.

Μου 'χει σπάσει τα νεύρα! Ντιμάρι μόνο του όποτε γουστάρει αλλά ανάβει και σβήνει το φως από μόνο του. Του έχω παρεμβάλλει ένα διακόπτη blitzwolf και αυτό το μόνο που κάνει πλέον είναι να ντιμάρει. Τουλάχιστον το βράδυ μπορώ και το σβήνω γιατί πριν άναβε από μόνο του.
Αν του αφαιρέσεις την κωδικόλόγια υπερύθρων από το χειριστήριο κάτι γίνεται...

Τελικά αφέραισα από την πλακέτα την συνδεσμολογία για RF... όπως σωστά ανάφεραν φίλοι παραπάνω.... και όλα οκ!

After resetting it, press and hold the first button (top left). This way, you will resynchronize the remote control with the dimmer and the annoying problem of random turning on will be solved.
You may need to repeat the process, although it worked for me the first time. It has been two months now and the dimmer works perfectly.
Τελικά υπάρχει τρόπος να σταματήσει οριστικά το ghost switching ( τυχαίο άναμμα) χωρίς να επέμβει κανείς στην πλακέτα αρκεί να αγοράσετε εάν δεν το έχετε ήδη το τηλεκοντρόλ του RM433.
Έτσι εάν παραμένει το πρόβλημα αφού το έχετε συντονίσει κάνετε τα εξής:
Πατάτε παρατεταμένα το κάτω αριστερό κουμπί ( θα ακούσετε ένα σύντομο ήχο).
Κατόπιν κλείνετε για λίγο την τροφοδοσία του Dimmer.
Αφού το επαναφέρετε πιέστε παρατεταμένα το πρώτο κουμπί ( πάνω αριστερά). Έτσι θα επανασυγχρονίσετε το τηλεκοντρόλ με το dimmer και θα λυθεί το εκνευριστικό πρόβλημα να ανάβει τυχαία.
Μπορεί να χρειαστεί να επαναλάβετε την διαδικασία αν και σε εμένα λειτούργησε με την πρώτη. Έχουν περάσει δύο μήνες και πλέον το ďimmer λειτουργεί τέλεια.

Ισχυει πως κανει αρκετα συχνα το λεγομενο ghost switching αναβει δηλαδη μονο του χωρις να εχει δεχθει εντολη αναμματος. Η λυση ειναι να καταργηθουν απο το κυκλωμα της πλακετας οι αντιστατες που φαινονται στην φωτογραφια. Στην ουσια καταργειται το RF μιας και αυτος ηταν ο λογος που εκανε τις τρελες του. Μετα την μικρη ''επεμβαση'' λοιπον η ταξη αποκατασταθηκε και το D1 λειτουργει κανονικοτατα.
