Lamberts® Methyl Folate 400μg is a specialized folic acid supplement, as the chemical form of folic it contains is that of L-methylfolate calcium. L-methylfolate calcium is the metabolically active (methylated) form of folic acid.
This ensures adequate metabolic coverage for all individuals, including those who are unable to methylate folic acid (polymorphisms in the MTHFR gene). Like all Lamberts® products, it is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.

Nutrition information per tablet:
Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Folic Acid (as L-Methylfolate Calcium).
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
