    I have been trying it for two weeks. I increased the dose but unfortunately it remains at 14.4 - 8.8 quite often. I am going back to the safe choice of odorless garlic. It did not work for me at all. I even increased the dose, not 30 drops x3 times but 45 drops x3 times! It's a pity because I saw the reviews and bought 2 bottles.

Personally, for me (and at the recommended dosage), it caused intense unwanted side effects (nausea, dizziness, and palpitations). After gradually reducing the dosage, I concluded that doses of 15 drops three times a day have a similar therapeutic effect without any unwanted side effects.

    P.S. Before settling on this specific company, I tried a medication from another company in capsule form which had no effect on controlling blood pressure. So, in my opinion, the medication in liquid form has the optimal therapeutic result.
