The Grandstream GRP2624 wired IP phone supports up to 4 SIP accounts and features built-in PoE and dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac at 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Its 2.8-inch color TFT LCD has a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels, while the built-in Bluetooth supports wireless connectivity.

It supports an XML and LDAP phonebook with up to 2,000 entries, a call history of up to 2,000 records, and conferences with up to 5 participants. It features HD audio, two auto-sensing 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit Ethernet ports, and headset support via RJ9 and USB. The stand offers two tilt positions, and the device can also be wall-mounted using an optional accessory.
