The Pentair DGD – 2501 Big Blue polypropylene water filter replacement is ideal for filtering suspended particles in water. It fits all 20” Big Blue devices on the market.

It features a multilayered structure for effective particle capture in three stages:

  • In the first stage, it captures particles up to 25 microns.
  • In the second stage, it retains particles up to 5 microns.
  • In the third stage, it removes suspended particles with a diameter of up to 1 micron, as well as sediments.

Suitable for Pentair's 20" Big Blue filter devices, it is ideal for removing particulates such as dirt, rust, micro-particles, and sediments.

Its use is completely safe for drinking water. It has also been tested and certified by NSF International according to the NSF / ANSI 42 standard for materials used in construction.
