The bulbs of a xenon kit differ from conventional ones, as instead of using a filament, they utilize a mixture of gases that is stimulated by electric current to produce light. This mixture predominantly contains xenon gas, from which they derive their name.
A xenon kit or a replacement xenon bulb is commonly used in low beam lights (dipped), high beam lights (full beam), and fog lights.
